Dyeing

Every yarn is dyed to the customers specific requirements allowing an infinite range of colour options. The dyes are strictly monitored and have 'NO' harmful effect on the enviroment

Weaving

Centex have extensive facilities for producing Jacquard and Dobby woven fabrics. Looms range from single width sampling to 12,000 hook Jacquards.

Printing

A recent addition to our facilities is the new Printing unit, fitted out with state-of-the-art machinery. This has added a new range of manufacturing possibilities that centex can offer its clients.

Embroidery

Highly skilled In-house embroiderers can create a vast range of stitches and embellishments whilst brand logos can be accurately achieved through 16 head embroidery machines.

Quality Control

Working with some of the biggest international brands demands we provide the highest quality product.

Our quality control department make rigorous inspections of all samples and production runs to ensure the product meets the required standards.

Product Finishing

Softening, bleaching, colour-reduction, crinkling, marbling, peach-skin and suede effects, are among a few of the finishes which can be achieved with the use of the highly versatile Biancalani Airo finishing machine.

Achieving the right handle is a key consideration in the manufacture and our scarves are identifiable by their supersoft quality.
